ToNY CaMM is partnering with Lynchburg Ampitheater at Riverfront Park to bring the inaugural Hill City Soul Concert to Downtown Lynchburg.
The 8 hour live music event, to be held this Saturday Oct 17th from 3-11pm, will feature 7 local and regional bands in the genres of R&B, Soul, Jazz and Funk.
The bands, all hand-picked and curated by CaMM, include some of the most popular live acts in our area, kicking off with the jazz/soul/poetry sounds of Selah Vie & Friends.
Next up will be the dynamic new female trio Veloura, accompanied by the Brad Cox Band.
The first half of the evening concludes with the soul and rhythm of Nikki & The Groove…
With the second half of the evening kicking the event up with the high-energy R&B stylings of Nu Soul…
Followed by the powerhouse R&B/soul of The Tre'King Band.
The energy then goes through the roof as ToNY CaMM & The All-Stars of Funk bring their signature brand of P-Funk and more to the stage.
The evening concludes with the long-awaited reunion performance of one of the area's most beloved bands of all time, the legendary Houseband of VA., back together for one night.
Hosting and emceeing the “one of a kind” event will be ToNY CaMM himself, along with his long-time collaborator, influential deejay, producer and concert promoter Jack “DJ Ed” Edma.
The event will also feature several food vendors, a bar and V.I.P. seating areas.
