Tony & Jacqui Camm Music Philanthropy has partnered with Building Bridges Productions, Inc. and Music Is Forever to launch THE SCHOOL OF FUNK SPRING 2024 PROJECT, a multi-week in-person program in which young music performers are brought together to form a band, record, produce and release a song, and perform a live show before an audience.
The Spring 2024 project launches on February 10 and runs through the end of March, when the School Of Funk music students will release a song to the world for streaming, download and purchase, followed by a concert before a live audience.
The ground-breaking project is a collaboration between music artists ToNY CaMM and Jacqui Camm, Building Bridges Productions' Janice Benejan and Deidre Serio, and Emmy-nominated music producers Jordan Preston and Keith Thomas of Music Is Forever…and features world-class musicians Chris Schmitt, Jimmy Jamz Young, Zack Roberson, Patrick Street, Latonya Lee and Terre Holland as instructors.
